Refund policy

We want you to love your Macr.in sneakers, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Each item is made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to size, preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any problem. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, a new order must be placed after a refund (if applicable) is processed.
